FedEx/Kinko’s Mold Remediation

RGI Commercial was contracted to perform mold remediation services in sales area, computer area, rest room hallway, women’s rest room, electrical and break room. Scope of work included removal of all mold affected drywall, cabinetry, ceiling tiles, and carpet, set up of negative air differentials and HEPA air filtration, set up of dehumidifier, HEPA vacuuming of surfaces, dry ice blasting and damp wipe of all surfaces with antimicrobial solution. The site was remediated after business hours and was supervised by an IAQA certified CMR.
