Remediation Group, Inc. was called out to this property by management after a sprinkler pipe burst on the top level. Our response team arrived to the property and immediately began running equipment to handle the extraction needed and began the process of working with tenants to help explain and outline the work required to make each space a “safe” and “liveable” area once again. Communication is key when working with management, unit owners, their tenants, and their insurance adjusters with a job of this size and daily updates for all are our way of keeping all parties informed and minimizing confusion.
