Are you prepared to handle a water loss at your property? Water emergencies are unexpected and unpredictable, but making efforts to be proactive can mean less damage made in the long run. This course equips Community Managers with the skills to identify a water event at their property. This course will cover the types of water damage, how to properly mitigate damage to the structure and the recommended standards and guidelines for structural drying. Once completed, the Community Manager will have the ability to confidently hire and oversee a structural drying professional.
This course equips Community Managers with the skills to identify a mold issue at their property and to manage the remediation project from start to finish. The course will discuss the differences between mold remediation and mold treatment, the principles of mold remediation, mold testing, and accreditation and insurance in the mold remediation industry. Once completed, the Community Manager will have the ability to confidently hire and oversee a mold remediation contractor.
