Remediation Group was contracted to perform mold remediation services to 142 guest rooms, corridors, and common areas. Moisture had infiltrated the roof system during the original construction phase and water damage created an environment favorable for mold growth. RGI performed a full demolition of porous building materials and hard surface decontamination of interior space. RGI utilized a 25 person crew in 12 hour shifts to complete the project six weeks ahead of scheduled completion.
