RGI Commercial was contracted for structural drying services by Morrow Construction and Davis Development for damage caused by rain water entry during installation of roof system in the 4 story, multi– family apartment complex. Scope of work sealing off of exterior openings (including open soffits on the fourth floor), installation of subpanel boxes to accommodate power needs, set up of 150 air moving machines and 3 large 5,000 CFM desiccant dehumidifiers evenly distributing dry air throughout the building. RGI successfully brought down moisture content of building materials to targeted 17% reading thereby achieving Terrecon’s drying criteria.
