Handling an HOA property damage claim can be tricky and complex. It requires a deep understanding of policies and the ability to accurately navigate each step in the process. This course will lay out these steps from an insurance standpoint, a legal standpoint, and from the view of the emergency services/restoration contractor. This course will also provide property managers with basic knowledge of the proper steps to effectively navigate an HOA property damage claim.
