We had water damage from our condo, from a unit above. Remediation Group was onto the problem at very short notice, first with containment later with reparation. Their staff and their work were of top quality, and anyone we dealt with was unfailingly polite and helpful. Gabe Clark, and Michael Van Der Sandt, and their collaborators, were absolutely terrific. The entire Remediation Group team, from the lead operations site manager to the crew members who completed the mitigation work--A+ awesome! I was very impressed with their professionalism, openness to explain each step of the process, clear and concise paperwork, and finally-the courtesy and consideration.  Mr. Edward, Stephen, John, Raoul, and Angela took care of my condo unit as if it were their very own home.  They thoroughly cleaned after they removed the equipment and completed the work. Hedger was great at managing my water damaged home. He explained each step, was on time, helpful, and showed the utmost respect. He called even when he wasn’t scheduled to show up to check on the process. I felt safe and reassured. His entire team was kind and explained everything they were doing. Ryan was great as well. I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name but they all did a great job. I had absolutely great experience with Remediation Group. Had a water damage from the floors and this's affect to all unit. Remediation Group was quick to help with everything: cleaning, treatment, dry, packed, painting, put new floor, title. They did stunning job. I want to thank everyone and individually.  All the people that I worked with were very professional, knowledgeable, helping, honest, did fantastic job. I can't imagine that any another company can do better. I highly recommend Remediation Group to everyone. This's best company and best people. I'm so happy that this company worked for my condo. I have used Remediation Group several times now for a flooded condo. They are very professional, responsive and knowledgable at what they do. When my condo flooded recently and I called them to help me, they were at the property in under 30 minutes and had a full crew of people working day in and day out to close out mitigation. They are very experienced in working with insurance companies and it helps dramatically to take the burden off of the homeowner. I just want to let you know how much I appreciate you. The Remediation Group is so fortunate to have someone like you representing them. My condo was a recipient of a very bad leak on Sunday, Nov 16th. Very quickly Michael appeard from your company and handled everything in a wonderful take charge manner, that it relieved me of every bit of nervousness that I was going through.
