RGI Commercial secured a Design/Build contract to perform several abatement and restoration phases in this two million square foot, ninety-four year old building. RGI Commercial’s scope of work included the abatement of lead paint and asbestos glazing on historical windows, lead abatement of hardwood flooring, and the restoration of lead-based painted brick to its original condition. The timeline of the project was seven months and RGI participated in the coordination and supervision of the day to day field operations as well as developed a streamlined system of building, moving, and maintaining containment barriers to prevent cross-contamination of hazardous particulates.&*&*&
