This shift from remote working can be scary if you aren’t prepared. Luckily, our state-of-the-art building decontamination and sanitization services are exactly what you need! With the ongoing threat of COVID-19, it is important to be proactive in disinfecting high-traffic surface areas (handrails, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, light switches, etc.) as there is evidence to prove that coronavirus can remain on surfaces for hours or even days.

Building Decontamination Process

Our building decontamination and sanitization process follow a two-part method for maximum cleanliness. Phase one is composed of two parts. First, the building decontamination starts with a damp wiping of the selected area. This deep cleaning is the basis for the rest of the process and helps us start with a blank canvas.

The next step in phase one of the building decontamination process is sanitization. For this step, we implement a fogging method with an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulated solution. This application is for high-traffic and high-touch areas. This includes door handles, drinking fountains, bathrooms, kitchens, conference rooms and other common areas.

After phase one of the building decontamination method is complete, we move on to phase two. Phase two of the process is focused on routine sanitization and disinfection. As often as needed, our team will come and spray our EPA regulated fogging formula in all high-traffic and high-touch areas.
